thaks guys, tired this morning, feels like I ran a marathon....or...since ive never run a marathon I assume this is what it would feel like after LOL!
not much planned for today, need to go to the post office, and still need to tend the rabbits, but otherwise itll likely be a lazy day of pj's and green tea.

hard to eblive tomorrow is the last day of 2013...realy hoping for lots of good things in 2014,
want to:
Pay off the land loan
take atleast 25% off my big credit card
pay off my care credit (medical emergency card)
and put at least $25 extra a month on the car payment (should shave about 10 months off the total payments and have my car paid off by the time im hoping to start looking to buy land to build my next house on (about 5 years)

im also planning on getting back onto the health and fitness train come the new year, itll be easier having people round to answer to.

2014 is going to be all about getting my financial stuff back on the right track primarily.

anywho, gnna slip on my boots and get some stuff done so I ca be lazy the rest of the day lol

least im nto the only one!

got some mabe good news today...
someones supposed to be coming on Thursday to pick up 3 of the 5 goats, they are taking aspen the buck, daizy the black and white and Butterup the gold moonspotted.
those 2 girl are the most skittish, and i can et a new buck once we get settled i we decide we cant find local stud service.
so i figure sell that trio (and daizyshoudl kid in he next few weeks or so so they are getting a good deal)

im then going o call the vet on Thursday and find out how much a breucelloss test and health test will run per goat, and decie form there if lilly and poppy will also get sold.
but they were my oigionals, and they are soooo sweet and such good girls that if i can id rather take them with me.
if not there is a lady interested in a Nubian doe, if its too expensive ill offer poppy and lilly to her as a pair, they have to go together realy, they've always been together.

so yeah fingers crossed, itll save me at least 1/2 the feed, and put a little moving cash in the bank account.

i did a check on uhaul and i CAN get a bumper pull...dad said hell drive the jeep down and we'll do it that way, its 1/2 the cost of a 10ft truck, and with the back fo the jeep to haul stuff too it should be big enough for everything including 2 goats and a pig (if were smart) im thinking i would need to get another big dog crate pig in keiras crate, the goats in another, then the cage wire (flat packed) mattress bed, tall furniture, tank, ect in the trailer and then boxes in the jeep.
gonna be a big game of tetris.
the livestock and small animals will be in my car along with the few imediate need stuff...(laptop, some clothes ect)

things are starting to fall into place...kina.
got an angora goinghom this weekend, hoping she'll decide to take the other angora boy too, still got 3 buns to sell

no intereste in the geese yet, as much as i love them i think theyd do best going to a local home (that's a long journey)

but other wise if i can pull the cash for the 2 goat certs and the pig cert everyone else i good to go.
i ont mind moving, i hate th COST and logistics of moving STUFF...
i wonder i that's why rv living appeals to me...i LOVE to moveto be in a new place when the mood strikes ect..but ive got much too much stuff to do it without a mobile home to keep it in perminently.
(though im sure id get funny looks driving an rv wit a pig and 2 goats sticking their heads out of the window LOL!)

otherwise todays been fairly lazy...
got critters tended, and then this afternoon started my apple mush...
(aples honey, nutmeg, in a crockpot and cooked own to a lumpy applesauce.) tomorrow ill make a flaky sweet buiscuit pastry and and the mush will be used to make a apple stuffed sweet buiscuit (kinda like an apple dumpling) for the new years ever party im going to.
ive also got to go to thefed store in the morning and pick up feed, i can usually make it till the 3rd but for whatever reason not this month...i ha layer crumble and i think that went quicker than the pellets do...weird, same weight but...yeah.

its getting there though.

Mine waste the heck out of the crumble and it runs out faster here too.

I hope everything starts falling into place for you!!! Let me know when you get ready to pack up and I will gladly come help and bring your dad some jams lol!

Sounds like your've pretty much got everything lined out. Sure hope you can take Lilly and Poppy with you.

These apple stuffed sweet biscuits of which you speak - sound incredibly delicious! Must find a recipe....

im just using a buttermilk buiscuit recipie with a little honey added.
then take the dough cup it and put a spoonful of sweet stewed apples, a little milk to seal closed (like an apple dumpling) and bake.
the stewed apples is just fave aples, sugar/honey/sweetner of choice to taste, a little bit of lemon juice and whatever additions you like to your apples, i use a little allspice and a little nutmeg because i cant have cinnamon.
ive done this with jellies and jams before, but i have an abundance of apples rght now that im trying to use up so hoping they come out just as good.

more crossed fingers, might have the 2nd angora baby sold to go home wth his brother this weekend...
thatll just leave me rexy boy and lop boy t rehome an lop boy is doing great as an indoor bunny.

now gonna take a trip into town for feed, then home to bake the buiscuits and take a shower.
im thinking i should probably take keira with me and stop at the park too for a quick walk...

Thanks! I can probably make a reasonable effort to recreate that. Have a good time at the party - be safe!
