I saw something recently about taking turmeric for pain management. I don't know if it would work on fibro pain or not but it's worth a shot. You can buy capsules, though the last that I know of that takes it mixes 1 tsp of turmeric into 1 tbsp of evoo or flax seed oil and takes it that way.
Love the tat stories! Someday if love to hear about your connection to foxes, as I have one too.

definalty on the foxes, they are my totem
http://alltotems.com/fox-spirit-meaning-symbols-and-totem/
ever sicne I was little I would see them everywhere, in my dreams, out and about, theyd seem to find me and when I started doing wildlife rehab for whatever reason I was always finding foxes.
theres something about them that helps me refocus and calm myself, but watching them also energizes me, they can always make me smile.

ive rehabbed a numbe rof foxes and its like they always left a little piece of themselves with me when they left

well, were a little over a week away.
both loveseats are supposed to be sold, one going tonight one on sunday
the window ac unit and generator are also supposed to be sold, to a frined, shes gonna wait on the pick up as neither of us can safely lift (back issues for me, shoulder and knees for her...so they'll get picked up once dad and my brother are here to help load.

was gonna work on the patio today but MAN is it windy! like crazy windy...and my front storm door wont latch so its having a dance party with the wind right now, im half expecting it to get ripped off before the end of the day.
ned to clear a path in a little while at minimum becaue that's the loveseat that's going home today...

because its super windy im going to work on the last of the craft stuff and mabe some kitchen things today...
and some clothes. im not gonna have chance for laundry so whatevers not washed will stay in the laundry bags and get squished in somewhere. but theres some clothes in my closet I can box up too.

I think ill feel like im making progress once the loveseats are gone...
right now im feeling a tad overwhelmed, its not that theres realy "a lot" to do...its just that it doesn't LOOK like ive done anything LOL!

Really windy here today too... makes doing outside chores more of a challenge for sure. Crazy that things are moving along so quickly. Seems like just the other day you were talking about the decision and now it's almost time to go. :th

I know its suddenly super fast
so far today:
the cabinates in the craft room are now completely empty, as is the cabinate above the refridgerator
lunch is eaten
Water has been given a shut off notice
electric has been given a shut off notice
Internet has been gven a shut off notice (and turns out they'll owe me $5 yay! lol)
need to fill out a form in person for the gas
goats got their 3dr dose of safeguard (tomorrowthey get the cydectin and are done until the next time (im probably going to deworm every 4 months to be on the safe side)
buns are tended,
and 1 small set of drawers have ben moved to the back bedroom.

next up, im going to go through the closet and other drawers and pack as much as I can, just need enough underware and clothes for the next week and a half.
gonna try and get most of the bathroom packed up too before the end of the day. (theres not much in there but itll be nice to have everything set aside that I don't need immediately.

Fox is one of my totems too. I always liked cats and dogs but it wasn't until I started researching Fox that I realized that is why I could never completely identify with one or the other! Foxes are half and half! I came to the realization when I went for almost a week and a half straight off seeing them everyday everywhere I went. Heron is my second totem, and I'm pretty close to view as well.
Sounds like you are making progress even if it isn't visual yet. I'm with you, I like to see my progress!

well the loveseat that was supposed to o home today is still here
the woman shows up and decides no to take it because its not in great condition...
keep in mind I posted multiple pictures showed all the wear spots explained that it had been outdoors under cover but needed cleaning and that while it had wear none of the spots were wore through...
we came to the agreement of $20...
and she left without it because, while im not sure WHAT she expected for $20 for a love seat, this wasn't good enough.
*shakes head*
so that was a waste.

did manage to get up to the bank and print out my bank statements AND the lady at the bank was real nice and axed everything off to chase, so hopefully when I call tomorrow I can get the info I need to get the locks changed the day I move out so the security of the place isn't my problem (until all the documents are in...they cant change th code and thus If I leave the property empty and something happens its y issue...*blink blink*
anywho, that got faxed off I have cofo thy recived all the pages from the bank so *fingers crossed*

I also managed to empty out all my drawers in th bedroom save fo the one I used to put enough of my underware to last the next week in.
those drawers will get added to the back bedroom stuff tomorrow, I also eptied my closet of all but a couple pairs of jeans, a skirt and a couple t-shirts and sweaters so that's now done too.

and IM done, for now at least, my heads hurting, and Im aching some...
got beef out for diner gonna have that with cheesy cauliflower mash and then spend the rest of the evening chilling out.

tomorrow ill work on finishing up the bedroom (boxes from under the bed, take the shelves down, empty my little fishtank and move the drawers and such into the back bedroom...) work on the bathroom and make a start on the kitchen I think.

but right now...gonna go bed down the goats and chickens and make myself some dinner and chill out with a movie on Netflix.

It always amazes me what people expect when you have something cheap.

And I hear ya on it not looking like you're making progress. I KNOW I'm making progress in the house. But, in order to clean one spot, I have to trash another spot until I've finished cleaning that spot. But, it's getting there.
