THE GROUND IS OURS!!
It's all done! Came home from the park with the kids, and E said both of the people who needed to sign quit claim deeds signed them today!! WHOOHOO!! it's notarized, waiting to be recorded, signed by witnesses etc. Last lawyer we talked to said once the quit claims are signed and notarized, the ground is legally E's even if it's not recorded yet
