I've been watching it too, Everything looks perfect on his farm, doesn't it? I don't imagine it would be that way if it were not a TV show though. He probably has a zillion assistants.

I do find his show really interesting, but they did start playing the same shows they showed in the morning, I don't think they have very many.

Yeah, I want his assistants! That plus some sun and much less rain and I might actually have a garden that would produce food.

I love the long-ears!

Yeah, I turned it off after they started repeating them. But his orchard surrounded by the blueberries I fell in love with. I want to do mine like that. I have watched his shows off and on, but until today I didn't realize that he was into heritage breeds and chickens. There are more shows I know because one of them I watched a couple of years ago had his sheep in it. I didn't see that one today, but it could have come on when I was messing with the mule.

Valmom- Thanks. They are my pets. Something about the big floppy ears just takes my heart!

Dh just called from the e.r. He is a truck driver and occasionally he works on the trucks. Well apparently he was working on one and the brake drum stuck then came loose suddenly and fell on his hand somehow. It crushed the tips of his fingers and we know right now that at least the middle one is broken. They are having to remove at least one of his fingernails and drill a hole in the others. I may have to go get him tonight since I don't think he will be able to drive himself home.

Ouch! That sounds pretty painful. I hope it all turns out okay. I wish him a speedy recovery.
