FF I have been thinking of adding some D to my supplements. How much does a person actually need?? I am in the sun so much and eat ton of green veggies. Just wondering about the winter blues???

I do a B complex is that enough?

I am always cautious about taking an excess of anything, so I probably take less than lots of people here do.

Vitamin B is water soluble. My cousin who is a doctor (DO) has me taking LOTS of Vitamin B complex to hopefully assist me with my nerve damage. I take a pill AM and PM and (according to cousin) whenever my pee is not bright yellow! TMI for sure but funny! The one I take has Vitamin C and rosehips in it as well.

Vitamin D3 is fat soluble. I am taking about 2,000 units a day on the Vitamin D3 and it seems like that amount works for me. If I am feeling poorly I will up it to 5,000 for a day or so. :)

So I did some seed starting in my laundry room. All of these were done on Jan, 30th.

and I *am* in California. So it's a good thing to see - reminds me that I should be starting seeds!

Reminds me that I have to get my seedling in the ground. It has been soo hot, I hope they haven't wilted.

I have been taking 3000 vit D. It has made a big difference. I am in the sun all the time too, so I was really surprised how much better it makes me feel. I got SO to take it also and his mood has majorly improved. I make sure I have vitamin D in the house all the time now in order to prevent his PMS bouts

Wifezilla, after the little seedlings get a bit bigger I will need to take off the plastic lids. Do yo have any recommendations?

Just keep them damp right? Anything else?

Monday, Monday, Monday!!!!!

I actually kind of look forward to Mondays. I get everyone out the door and rest a bit. But today I have so much catching up to do. :tongue

My shoulder is bothering me and it shows in my housework.

Need to pick up some fruit and veggies for the week.

Watched the Super Bowl at th MIL yesterday. Go Packers!!!

Helped ds10yo do some parts of his state report this weekend Yesterday it was the state bird. Dh also built a shadow box for him. I think I got the short end of the stick on that deal. DH loves to tinker and the box turned out amazing.

Well off to catch up a bit.

Have a great day!!!
