Thanks MP it's got a nice fat monthly payment but we use it a ton. We have been to the desert 7 or 8 times this season and we usually drive for family vacations. Compared to the cost of air fair, driving is less for our family of 5. We love it.

Dac, my first chicken book was "Your Chickens, a kids guide to raising and Showing". It has the basics on everything. Including the dimensions for the nesting boxes. I think it's by the same lady who writes the Storey's Books. It was my chicken bible in the beginning. This box is 4 wide in a little 5 x 7 coop. I have another in my larger coop that's double stacked x 4.

The girls seem to like them. :D

HI Gina! Love the pics! Very nice job on the dress - your little princess is going to be (or was?) the belle of the ball! I'm sooooooo jealous of your freight shaker & travel trailer/toy hauler! I bet it sure comes in handy.

Thanks, yeah we love it. We bought both through e bay. I sent my dh to Michigan for the trailer. He drove there and back. With his 81 year old grandfather who only has one leg. He left the other in Ca. on accident. :p The truck was in Fl. He flew there and drove it back. It's a 99 but runs like a dream. We added an exhaust brake just to make me feel better. "Freight Shaker" That's funny. When we bounce down the dirt roads in the desert thats just what it does.

Believe it or not it was already painted when we go it. They truck and trailer almost match perfectly. The previous truck owners had an Alpha Toy House, the colors are purple and gold. Our toy hauler colors are burgundy and gold. From a distance you can't tell.

Worked out great.

Ok Missy....you mentioned bad news. What's up?

There is always a silver lining, sometimes it is just hard to find. Maybe I can help you find it?

Dace, thank you for showing interest. I should not be complaining let alone on line. But my dh called from work today. They cut his pay by 1/3. Uhhhh, that's not going to work for us. We are already sliding backward slowly. I think this will just prompt us to make some decisions about our future. He really wants to continue on the path to Solar. But if it doesn't take off in the next couple months we can't sit here waiting. I am sure you can totally relate.

So we will have to set a deadline and stick to it. And in the mean time prepare to sell. It's just a matter of staying in Ca or moving out of state.

We will see what happens.

Oh boy can I relate!

My Hubby had to call his mother yesterday and ask her to stop calling because she just keeps saying "well, what are you going to do?" Sheesh...we got enough pressure just keeping our heads above water without having to satisfy her expectations!

The more important question is not what are we GOING to do but what is going to WORK! :he

Well, things happen for a reason (my mantra :hu) and maybe this is the push he needs to get out of dodge.

Please let me know if you want to talk, I can certainly empathize. :hugs

Hey thanks. I know that trailer is great. Especially because I will probably have to live in it pretty soon. At least for a bit. :p
