May I join the challenge ladies? :)

I have two small gardens...one is 12x25 foot....the other is...3x25ish? I have things that come back in the 12x25 (raspberries, blueberries, grapes, strawberries, rhubarb, sage, chives, soon to be asparagus...)

I have a lot of goals this year..here they are:
Do 3-season gardening! (spring, summer, fall) rather than plant everything in June and leaving it until it dies with first frost! lol.
Grow from seed (I usually do plant starts, but thats pricey!)
Grow more per sq than last year
Actually keep up with my gardening (I am preggo and due end of April)

I have been mulling over my seed catalog and what i'm growing...I am waiting to hear if I got a job before putting in my seed order ;) I will post that stuff once I get it finalized....

Oh, sorry GUYS.

Here is a picture of my garden plots, during june of last year before we planted.
Here is what I lovingly call the "weed garden" as it was last year...

We put up that lattice, and planted about 6 blueberry and one grape plant against it last year. To the left, there is two raspberry plants, and to the right past the compost bin and out of site is my strawberry patch, sage, chives and the GIGANTIC oak tree that shades most of this "weed garden" lol.

This is my "sun" garden, for the things that demand a lot of sun. Hubby is going to extend it this year, but I am not sure how far. He said its going to make it twice as big, so we will see. This picture was when it was first planted.

I also am doing container planting for herbs and peppers. Possibly also for carrots. I have a horse trough that I am putting all my herbs in (I did a pot last year, and be it small it did really well!), and my peppers NEVER do well, so I am going to try and control their soil this year. Carrots well...I don't feel like having stupid looking ones, so I am going to make a loomy mix :) We have stairs in our front yard that gets REDICULOUS amounts of sun, so I am going to stagger them on there.
