My other half had something similar, and they had to go in and do an ablasion (sp!?) to "burn" the extra circuits in his heart so that it would beat normally. I can relate to the weird breathing feeling as that happens to me sometimes. However, it is often related to caffeine for me. We also found out after that fact that it was much more the caffeine and stress for him too. He got fired from the job he was at and has had almost NO heart problems since.
Coughing will sometimes help it go back into the correct rhythm (deep chest coughs), sleeping, or even going to the bathroom. All of those activities change the pressure internally, and can help the heart find the right rhythm.
It is scary, but in a way it isn't that threatening.
Glad you're doing well!!

hq I feel for him. I know the feelings well :)

stess, caffeine, menapause, chemical changes and 'just nothing' can make this happen according to the doctor. crapshoot lol

yea I was considering an ablilation also. but seems I probably won't have to look into it cause I am not that severe as much since I have calmed down more after learning what it is and that the heart is actually healthy.

it is a strange and consuming situation in a way. once armed with knowing what is going on I can work on it myself and see if anything helps at this point.

glad you guys are doing better also! all we want is to be ok? right :p

His actually started because he bent over to pull his coat out from under a table where we had stashed our things at an expo. So yup, anything can actually trigger the incident. Playing around with diet and caffeine and things can have a really positive effect.

Yup, all we want to be is feeling good and healthy!! We've learned so much about diet in the past 2 years, and it sure wasn't what we thought it was!! We eat a lot differently than we used to, and feel so much better for it!

that is so true. just fresh eating makes a huge difference in just day to day living and feeling great.

I read a ton about excessive pvc irregularies of the heart on the web. crazy so many people have what I have and they are all heart healthy but have this problem. at least like you said it isn't dangerous if the heart is healthy. the mental game is hard to play. I am never sick so when I go 'get something' so out of the ordinary I freak lol

being proactive in one's health is so important. I sure want to age well and feel good doing it :)
