Heading to Moms at the lake. Nicole picked out a nice cake. Chocolate and chocolate and more chocolate with a cherry on top...lol
should be yummy

Mom is 83 and perfect health....Dad is 82 and perfect health. Hope I track that way thru life LOL good genetics I hope :p

Mom doesn't need a thing so Nicole got her a pretty heart wind chime. I got her some fancy bag of chocolates.

So off to Moms early. Kinda cloudy outside but should be OK.

Dad said the fish are starting to bite again so Tony is bringing fishing gear and try his luck at the dock. Should be interesting to see if water is warm enough for the fish to hit. Keeps him entertained--lol

Well am thinking about buying an inflatable kayak. Sea Eagle has a nice 2 man kayak for $350 on sale. From all my research Sea Eagle really seems like a great package deal. 2 man kayak would be wonderful to take camping at the beach and lakes when we hit the state parks. We have some nice rivers here in the mts. that I could handle also.
Getting $725 back from state refund taxes so why not spend for something for me...lol....what the heck, only money right?

Small portable for camper.....I think I am talking myself more into this now lol

Hmm...so close to hitting the "buy now" icon on that deal. Hmmm.

off I go to get the day started--everyone have a wonderful Sunday!

Buy it, girlfriend, you only live once. I think you should have any kind of toy that brings you happiness. Plus, a kayak will bring you close to nature, and you willl get exercise, and have the bonus of spending time with your child and passing on the love of the outdoors.

I see only plusses, no minuses. The price is cheap for a kayak.

Time to stop working so hard and start living.

kayaking sounds like fun. I bet y'all would have a lot of fun with it! :woot I wish I was off to a lake today. Do you like to eat fresh caught fish or does Tony just catch them and toss them back?

Never been in a kayak, but I love to canoe. I've thought about getting an inflatable kayak so I can always have it w/me. Then, I could probably carry it in the truck so I want to go out and don't have my canoe w/me, I'm already ready. (Right now, there's ads for kayaks at the bottom of the page.)

hey FF

most fish we eat. Tony keeps catfish/croppie/trout for eating.
Strippers, hybrids my neighbors Dad loves to eat. Tony caught 3 very nice size stripper hybrids off the dock today. He was happy with that considering the day was chilly/cloudy. Joel came right over to get them, he loves the taste. Bass and other 'fun game type' we throw back.

nothing like loving time at the lake, so relaxing to me. We are all true water babies in this family! :)

LOL Deb my ads are laundry detergent haha

yea I like to canoe also. We had one for a long time and then just graded up to bigger boats.

I never kayak either but I am thinking that it would be just darn fun to have one available while camping to hit the water....anything to get into the water haha

Go to the Sea Eagle website. Really cool info and the kayak rolls up to fit in the trunk of the a car. Reasonable price for decent quality from my research so far.

Still have the ads for kayaks. I saw one a couple of years ago in a Coleman outlet store. I was soooo tempted to buy it, but didn't have the money.
