Bangs. :( They love them and then they hate them. Problem is the hairs too short to do anything with em at that point. I used to cut the bangs for the girls. Fortunately they weren't very good at telling straight bangs from hacked bangs.

Know what you mean about down time. I hurt my back the other day by lifting and twisting at the same time. Stupid!!! Now I have a ton of work that requires lifting and I'm useless. To be 25 again. Of course at 25 I was broke and in the Army, so I didn't do any useful work. Just a lot of make work type stuff. When their isn't any wars they just train and make things up to keep the men busy. I'm mean with a floor buffer though.

Have a good day and don't strain that knee too much.

WELL Spent a small fortune on Nicole but her hair is great. The style was so pretty...lasted for about 2 hours then chaos...haha but she sure enjoyed her great salon experience. Her bangs are so cute, no more hair bows to keep the hair out of her eyes, and she looks so darn different....like a new kid haha she loves them so all is fine! :p

knee doing ok...moving a tad slow to be careful cause I feel a twinge every now and then, but so far so good.....so fingers crossed this is well on its way to 'being over for good'

Dad built a nice coloring/activity table for Nicole. Will put it in front of her loveseat in the tv room....so I can throw out that little old ugly beat up kid card table. Dad builds great furniture. He is bringing it tomorrow when he comes and helps me fix my fence gate (tony working tomorrow, overtime then the whole week) so Dad said he would help me get that done.

good day here, warm, sunny, nice

very tired tho today, didn't sleep good last night, had the leg creepies. that overly leg tired feeling, just kinda laid there and drove myself nuts saying go to sleep. duh, pain ya know.....so will sleep good tonight I am sure lol

off I go to get some stuff done....everyone enjoy the day :)

No overtime for Tony today.
he doesn't feel well so he has to work the next 4 days as scheduled, so he decided to stay home and feel better. eh, why not, he has been doing alot of OT lately. but he is getting in my way...vacuum etc and he seems to be right where I push the darn thing LOL

gonna rain...coming in now....chilly and dampy outside and cruddy....rain for net day or so.

little sorry azz %^%% ***** $%$# dog is peeing in the house.
I got a BOY! what was I thinking???? never thought he would lift his leg....dummy me. I always had outside dogs and like boys over gals so I thought, get a boy...UGH never thinking lifting the leg on every damn thing in the house. Believe me his days are numbered. He got good and now it is lift and pee. UGH maybe nuetering will help stop this??? I hope cause his azz is grazz soon...believe me. I can't stand it! :) I truly don't like him that 'much' so we better get this figured out or he will become and outside garage dog, come in the house every now and then and back out. I could care less..LOL

nothing much doing. my new pool liner came. gotta install it in about 3 weeks or so.

gotta hit post office in a bit---more soap orders going out.

Mom and Dad popping over. Dad to fix that fence and bringing that new table he built for Nicole. Dad built her an art easal....going to send it back for new paint job and replace the dry erase board on one side.
Dad sure can build great stuff...lol

everyone have a good one! :)

Tony supposed to work overtime yesterday---he didn't, he feels sick.

AND HE TOOK TODAY OFF! Ugh -- UGH
he is gonna drive me nuts....:p he has that bathroom trouble, feels the chills a bit, just in general feeling cruddy. So far Nicole and I are fine. He best keep this to himself.

today is make tons of soaps to get curing. gotta get inventory way back up cause the markets start in 2 weeks and I sure have to be ahead of the game big time.

Nicole having a blast at school. YMCA learn to swim week. Yup the go for 1/2 the day to learn to swim. Lucky kid. She is having a ball as any kid would....she said only 1 kid is scared of the water, and they are all helping her to learn.....she is funny.....all the Kinders took on Emma to help her not be scared. Kids when little are so cute.

Knee doing well this morning. SSShhhhh.....if pretend it was never hurt, it won't ever happen again....:p

So kinda boring day happening here. Won't be anything exciting that I can see......

everyone have a great day!

Uhgg is right. When my dh is sick the wold must stop. I hope Tony is not the same way. Hes a farmer, tough as nails. Right? ;) I hope he feels better soon. Hopefully it's just a 24hr bug.

Soap day??? that sounds fun.

sound like Nicole is loving school. Learning so swim is such a coll thing for them. My older two a fish like their Daddy. I'm afraid my 5yo just has not been exposed to the water enough. The older two had lessons for years because of Grandma and Grandpa's boat. Sophia is not so lucky. :( Maybe we can give that job to Dad this summer.

Anyways, good to hear your knee is on the mend. Take care of it.

if the other kids love water---she will too... :) oh yea get her into that water fast as you can. Water means FUN! Nicole likes to ride on the boat for about 10 mins, then she gets 'scared'---geez couldn't be that daddy goes 100 miles per hour LOL actually I don't like it either :p

Nicole has never wanted to get pulled on the float behind the boat.
I got to get her to try it this summer. I think she finally will.

Tony, tough as nails when sick---:gig :gig
you know he becomes another kid at this point :gig

Wednesday

well darn it, no win on the stinking lottery. thought I would wake up a millionaire....poo...not today.....but no one won it, so off to get more lottery tickets :p

rainy cruddy type of day, but I think by afternoon is promised sun. Hope so.

Barb my riding friend who's horse Jr. passed a bit ago bought herself a small stud donkey. He is so cute and so super stupid. Young and can barely lead....lol he is getting cut in a few days. She decided to buy Patches (spotted saddle horse) from Louann and bought this donkey as a companion. LOL So I went and played with the donkey a bit yesterday....so cute. Makes me want to get a horse sooooooo sooooo bad again. We love to ride, but that horse just doesn't fit into my life this year. But next spring...hmm...I think a horse will be on the shopping list! :) She isn't bringing Patches home til the donkey is cut and healed a bit. MAN I LOVE horses....:D

Nicole came home from school thrilled again with swim day. She just loves it all! I am thrilled her school is so darn good! :)

Knee doing better...so again, fingers crossed all holds to good times for that stupid knee :bun

Getting big cash together for my last run to BJs (like costco and sams club) membership expires end of March. Not renewing. Went from $40 to $50 per year. Ya know I just don't like it enough to renew.
BUT going with Tony to load up on some bulk stuff and then say, done with it. I can get just as good prices with a coupon and combine sales for my stuff....and I want to buy less stuff anyway, lol, so whatever ya know...

Going to de-winterize the camper over Tony's next days off. I want to be able to GO in a split second if wanted. OH MAN I am ready to hit the road and a change of scenery! Camping time gets me insane!!

I am truly thinking no garden this year. WHAT! ?? Yup, my Dad puts in a small one, Tony's Mom plants what we love....the neighbors all have small gardens. I can get fresh from any person on my street...lol...they give it away in boxes to anyone. So, hmmm....thinking forget the work this year and mooch off others bounties. There is really nothing I care to plant different so hmm.....
I keep thinking, no garden work, no garden work...has a nice ring to it for sure! :)

Gotta work with soaps as usual.
Have to do a few loads of laundry as usual.
Going to steam clean the hardwoods, damn rat dog lifting his leg. (Gonna cut off his you-know-what real soon) Nah, but a girl can wish.
At least rat dog is doing the easy to clean floors and not carpeting..lol

So kinda a do nothing day again and I like that :bun

everyone enjoy their day! and smile!

You moocher!! No garden??? Ahhh I guess why bother if you don't have to.
:hu

I down graded my big club card last year. I used to have one of those get money back memberships. But I was not spending enough to cover the cost of the card. When I renewed my membership went form 100 bucks to 50.

There are only certain things I buy at CostCo. I find most to be over priced compared to "Sales" now a days.

Well good to hear Tony is on the mend, that should make your life easier. ;)

Have a great day.

We aren't doing a garden this year. DH is working 50-60 hour weeks and I'm just too busy with animals. We had to make choices and needed to figure out what we could cut out. We have Amish all around us and they always have vegetable stands and there is a produce auction place very close to us. So we should be able to get local fresh veggies.
