good gravy came home from taking the camper for repair on the awning in statesville---and I leave to finish up some errands, come home and Tony has the whole line of pasture fence rippped apart. UGH...he did it darn it and I was fighting it being done now.

well he uses the backhoe bucket to just lift out the metal t-posts so it is a super easy job for him...boom down the line...no fence mostly now LOL driving me nuts not having a fence.

but he is getting super small square hole wire fencing so the mutt can't get out of the back yard. he is making the yard alot bigger taking some of the horse pasture for yard....oh wow....big project but he loves to put up fence. getting new gates to make it look nicer vs our old rusty one.

and he is taking out a few more stumps and cutting down 2 more monster leyland cypress along the side of the house

yikes but in the end it will be wonderful I am sure.

he does great work! :)

off to watch tv...tired now and need to veg out

all backyard work to spruce up the place.

I am off to the pool store for chlorine etc. We got an automatic vacuum AquaBug (looks like a lady bug)--WOW that thing is great. It just runs around the bottom doing the vacuuming for me. Did a great job also! :) oh yea I love technology.

busy busy day
soap is big on the list this week. my inventory is dwindled, stuff curing etc. but I best get into making tons more this week

man oh man I can not wake up this morning. Nicole woke me up out of a dead sleep....still groggy big time

rained cats and hippos last night....everything is mush this morning. back yard is horror with mushy red clay. can't wait til grass is sown and all is fine...I hate the time it takes to fix up a yard etc

Getting a ditch witch and running water line and power line down to pool. I want 4 hole electric and water right at that pool...make life so much easier....will do that next week---gotta plug in my boom box, making a party pool big time here lol

gotta hit the pool store in a bit and get chlorine and some extra hose lengths for that Aquabug. other than that, I am not working too hard, soap of course, but other than that, taking life easy today

everyone have a great day

coupon crazy time

so my store has triple coupons and I learned how to load my Electronic coupons for this store today.

so......I am shooting for an 'almost' totally free order tomorrow.
man I can't wait to try it.

Pantene shampoo and conditioner is $3 off with electronic coupon
I have a coupon for $3 off...should be darn near free
on sale for 2/$7---so 2 nice Pantenes will cost me only $1

colgate toothpaste...on sale and have 6 coupons that will triple to $2.25---I think they will owe me money on this sale lol

and a few more coupons just like that......almost all free product

I will let you know tomorrow how it goes....ugh I worked on this for a few hours trying to understand the true coupon game and I think I finally got it.

Bummer tho, come to find out that my store only takes 20 coupons at one transaction. So I won't be one of those 300 coupon checkout gals at this store haha

I find this extreme couponing very interesting but I realize the time involved....and soon I will be only doing special coupons etc. when I see them....cause I don't have the time or patience truly for this type of hobby. hobby, heck it is real work and takes time for sure
but when I can I will jump in and save big bucks lol

tired, all have a good night

:celebrate :celebrate :celebrate

A LIGHTBULB finally went on and I figured out this coupon game.

but those extreme savers have to have the perfect store next to them, which I don't lol....our coupon policies are limited but it is OK cause I can do very well even tho I won't be doing $1000 for $1.44
:gig

trip this morning

total cost: $85.45

paid $22.55

TOTAL SAVINGS: $62.90

HOT DAMM

but that should have been about $8 I calculated but when I got there shelves were empty on some product.....so I switched to some other coupons whcih didn't give me as much, and then when I checked out I had to put 2 things back cause I had 6 and limit was 4...LOL...you know, the usual coupon troubles.

Tony loves those fancy razors...he shaves his head and looks like Mr. Clean....so a $12.99 Gillette Fusion razor just came out and with electronic and coupon and it on sale I got it for $1.99

geez...that is a great deal there on those stupid razors lol

AND GET THIS---I got $1.43 off for (drum roll) ----SENIOR CITIZENS DISCOUNT.....what the...LOL---I am 49....what do they consider senior? but I will take it for sure so I won't complain on this one

no I won't go nuts but I do understand how to save money now combining store sales, electronic and coupons. I was confused but now I got it down pat so this old gal will never be paying retail again for anything (mostly)

off to get work done, sun shining I gotta get outside!!!!!
