We just cut up a beef at my sisters this past weekend (not the first time you have to realize). I'm sooo disappointed in my family, the kids didn't even want to grind the hamburger.Wannabefree said:i feel your pain. My problem with meaties is the fact we do 30-50 at a time, it would take me a week. I "have a guy" that does them for me, leaving them whole - I then break them down however the wife wants them.
As parents, are we allowed in this day and age to SAY THAT! The youngest two did help me make meatballs, meatloaf, hamburger patties, and bagged the remaining ground beef. So, I can cut them some slack.Wannabefree said:yeah my kids side on squeamishness as well. Hey if I have to put up with her, yeah I earn the right to say THAT!! Besides she grins and admits it most times, so I give her other things to do insteadFarmerJamie said:As parents, are we allowed in this day and age to SAY THAT!
