I am very very jealous. I've neglected our vegetable patch. Or what would be our veggie patch if I actually planted it. I hope it's not too late.

I gotta ask ... how do you guys change the title of your threads?!?! I've looked all over and just don't see it. Am I blind?
Go to page one, first post, down at the bottom right click edit and you can access the title that way :)
Duh. I'm such a nitwit sometimes.

Thanks.
Don't worry, you're in good company here! :D

It is so quiet this morning, but for some reason I can't enjoy it. It makes me want to screeeeam just to have some noise  Weird, usually I like it :p

Lots to do today. Finishing up the spare bedroom, cleaning out my closet, foyer closet, and the master bath closet and drawers. LOTSA work inside, then all the animals outside. I need to pick squash again this afternoon as well.

Bible study is finished, now to get breakfast. Ya know, sometimes bible study just seems empty, and I don't get much out of it. I can't not do it, because it really bothers me if I skip it, or forget it, but sometimes it just seems like a bunch of jumbled words that I can't make sense out of. Maybe my brain is not connecting this morning. Sometimes I can't think, I just want to get up and move instead. It's distracting :/ I'll try again later this afternoon when I have had some physical activity and am more settled down. That is so frustrating to me though...I wonder if everyone else has that problem too. Okay I'm done thnking out loud :p Hope everyone has a great day!!! :D

Congrats on your first 'mater :woot

I have two that I just spied a blush on yesterday. :thumbsup. Can't wait! I am getting a handful of cherries each day, so that is giving me a little tomato fix, but I can't wait for a big one to come ripe!

I am hoping to start the bible study habit this summer. I just need to make the time, it is important to me and important for my kids to see me doing.
I really liked when we did it online together, it was just so great to be able to talk together....I really miss that :hit

Have wonderful day :hugs

PS ...Did ya already eat that mater?

Dace that is why I do my study first thing in the morning. I grab a soda and sit on my island(MY couch with all my books, computer, bills, coupons, etc  ) and begin to read. I am working through the bible cover to cover at this time, and have made it to Psalms. Something about Psalms just seems redundant. I don't know if it is the wording in particular of each chapter or what. I just can't really get into it. Kind of like the struggle most of us had with Song of Solomon a while back. :hu It just doesn't compute

I miss the online bible study too :(

I have NOT eaten the mater yet. Jamie demands a pic, and I am assuming he wants a pic of the whole thing  Must do that this mornin'!!!

Wish my Cherry tomatoes would start coming in. I planted them later than the others I am getting from now. I wouldn't leave the garden if those started though. I'd be sitting out there with a salt shaker eating and waiting for the rest to ripen so I could eat those too

Time to make the donuts!!! Worky worky

Cindi, we all have times when we struggle w/the Bible. There are times when I wonder why bother to read and or study, as well as pray. But, those are the times we need it the most, whether we realize it or not. It would be easy to say I'm not going to do it today, but one day will turn into 2, then 3, then 4, then after awhile, we forget it altogether.

Well, I have a turk hen gone missing :( Looked all over for her. I suspect she has gone into hiding because she's broody  No feathers anywhere or any signs of struggle. Tomtom has been moping all day though :hu I dunno. LOTS of places she could be hiding, so I am hoping. I saw her Sunday, because she was whooping the mess out of a drake, so maybe...

FISHING trip tomorrow!!! :weee :weee :weee

I got herbs trimmed and dried today, a few tomatoes dried, and some apples dried. I got laundry caught up, and homemade pizza made for supper. I really didn't do much else other than normal feed/water/check for eggs. I did freeze more duck eggs, and looked for the turkey hen WAYYYYYYYYYYYY out back for over an hour.

We went and took off some items to the recycler in town, got our fishing/hunting liscenses, and picked up a couple bales of hay for the goat heffers :p

That is all. *sigh* Long day, boring day, did I say long?
