For a rare dessert, chocolate pudding I made last night and dh spilled 2/3 of it this morning! :barnie Chocolate is sacred! I made it from scratch with stevia to sweeten it.... :hit

I just made left over beans and rice using Great Northern Beans. I had some herbed hamburger buns that I buttered up then toasted on a frying pan.

I got three large containers of mushrooms for $1 from the markdown bin. They look quite good so I'm making a mushroom quiche and mushroom soup.
I'll freeze the soup for quick european suppers.
Tonight's quiche will have a salad with vinaigrette. I've really been piling on the artichoke bottoms in salads lately, so that, too.
