it was from Trader Joe's. i'm not sure if it is a regular item or not for them. you can probably just doctor up some regular bbq sauce with the sriracha sauce in a pinch.

Tonight I have choices. Oven going, so a big chicken & huge Boston butt in there. Pulled pork BBQ for freezer will happen after a few slices are cut. Food for all week!

i just doctored up the egg salad with extra Miracle Whip and then some of that bbq sriracha sauce. Mom makes a lot of things on the dry side and my preferences are for full on swamp.
i had previously opened a bottle of sriracha sauce from Lee Kum Kee which i didn't like much at all but it was ok if mixed with ketchup... a good rescue which got me through the rest of the bottle.

Not dinner, but breakfast. Harvested a large russet from the garden yesterday and made the wife crispy hash browns this morning. She hasn't been able to eat commercial hash browns for years due to the added sulfites. She used to love them.
Aside from when she was a child with her momma, she has never had hash browns made fresh from the garden, from store bought potatoes, yes, but not grown at home.
Supposedly I did great. Lol
