Yeh. I don't like apartments but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Damn neighbor keeps bombing. She has a little kid too. Yech. But every time she bombs we have three upset tummies here and more roaches lol, but a roach is cleaner than the human hand. And i rarely see them. So i don't care too much. But residence in the coffee maker means nesting and that is an issue.

Maybe I can rent a tiny house if I ever get another job....

Also... our roaches are tiny and dry. One inch brown critters. At their biggest.
We're getting ready to rent out two bedrooms and bathroom in our basement for $600. Less if you wanna help with the goats and chickens! No roaches and no bug-bombing (we do have mice sometimes, and the flies and moths this year are horrible ... but NO ROACHES!)

We had cockroaches in Los Angeles and struggled with them for years. We bombed because they were all over, and I mean all over.

We finally got rid of them however using a little thing you set down behind the cupboards and nothing was sprayed. I think it was called combat or contact or something like that. I tried to google it. But it was NOT a toxic spray for your entire house and it worked GREAT. I guess they took the poison back to their nests and babies. But that product really worked on cockroaches and was infinetely superior to bombing.

We tried using borax/sugar with them too, that worked better on ants than cockroaches but we were told that was a natural remedy. Maybe it would help in your situation.

Our old house was roach central when we bought it. Even AFTER it had spent over six months (including a winter) vacant before we moved in. We bombed and dusted and even had professionals spray for over a year. Just before I torched the place in desperation I tried a product called Combat Gold. In a syringe and looks sort of like peanut butter. You apply it to hidden spots like caulk.

ONE application and five years of battle was over - WE finally won!

So the getting away from it all thread, since most of us appear to want our own island, immigration laws being what they are, made me think...

What kind of dictator would you be?

What megalomaniacal rules would you have?? :D

Remember: absolute power = absolute corruption, so be honest! We'd all be evil dictators :D I sure as heck know I would!!!

*laughs* I think it is "human nature" to impose our will on one another.

Okay my googling friends... where can I buy plaster and bandages for casts. Medical, not plaster of paris. I need a body form dress maker dummy and plaster casting wins.

Then you line it with papier mache and sand it down and add foam for curves wherever they get lost from the tension and then cover it in flannel. I have a stand already. Just need a post.

Also... how many yards to cover me thrice? How do you find out?
