I think most have heard the expression , "you silly goose" , been around forever.It's a fun thing, nothing bad or insulting..just an old time expression.Thats what it means to me, when i say it...It was fun to see you laugh like that FC..

Unemployment is up again. Foreclosures are down, but the backlog of houses in trouble is way up. Manufacturing numbers have gone in to the negative (google Philly fed).

one reason forclosures is down is because Bank of America is holding off on ALL OH THEIR foreclosures awaiting court rulings on 'their robo signing' situation. other financial instititutions might be doing the same


my real estate lawyer friend said that BOA hasn't started a new foreclosure in over a year since that 'loophole' is screwing them up but once that court ruling comes down.....more foreclosures will hit big I am sure

she said real estate sales is 65% forclosure sales in NC at this time which means the regular old person putting their home up for sale is not selling
