well the amt of debt of the Roman empire etc. according to todays money etc can't be fathomed. or the monetary and backward toll somethign like the black plague played in history.

I don't think either of those are good examples to compare us to, FC! We all know what became of the Roman Empire, & the black plague wiped out 1/3 of the earth's population...!

However, I'm not blaming any one politician for the mess...99% of them are crooks, & we're idiots for putting up with them. :/

I'm concerned about the world I'm leaving to my son. Yes, it'll take 25+ years to fix this mess but ONLY if we take drastic measures NOW and immediately change just about everything.

I just don't see that happening.

Not with the apathy of people, ignorance, ego, and so forth getting in the way.
