Thanks ya'll. It'll all work out. I am just a tiny bit over-whelmed at the moment...geeze. I'm just looking forward to getting next week in my rear view mirror!
So thrilled that DH's appointment went well and you're good to go! I know that you'll be happy to have this behind you. The waiting before is almost worse than whatever happens.
I hear ya on the break... I need a break from my break!!
Ham roast was absolutely delish! Garlic green beans were yum-yum too.
Got some eggs cleaned up so I can sell 'em tomorrow. Only two dozen cuz Cowboy is eating' em as fast as the girls can lay them, I think. He loves being up in the front barnyard with the baby goats - but that's where the hens are too. I've gotta do something to keep that dog where I put him, lol. And, I think I've got an egg eating hen.... don't let me catch her in the act. Grrrr
Got a batch of yogurt going tonight. I've been making 'overnight oatmeal' for breakfast and I've been using both yogurt and milk in it. It's so good! I put blueberries in it and added some chopped pecans this time. I'm looking forward to that in the morning.
Picked up some seeds at Wally World today for 20cents a package. So, I bought a couple dollars worth. Yippee!
My daughter loves overnight oatmeal with blueberries and maple syrup. I've tried to change it up with a bunch of different recipes but that's the only one she consistently likes.
The dog has never gone over any fence except for the ones in the front of the pasture/pens...basically the ones that get him closer to us. However, this morning I got a call from my neighbor that he's in the back part of their yard - trying to get to the front part of their yard.... ARGH!
So, poor DH is trying to find somewhere to keep him contained while he TRIES to put up a stock panel on that side of the fence. Essentially, he's jumping IN to the buck pen to jump OUT and into the neighbors. Most of that pen is stock panels - but there's ONE section that's just livestock fencing and that's where he's going over.
I've got an extra stock panel that we can use to shore it up - but stock panels are hard to move by yourself. I can do it, but DH really has trouble, poor baby. He's just not as experienced as I am. So, I guess that'll be my chore when I get home. Stoopid dog!
