I hope he feels better soon, too.

I know years ago I told my mom I didn't feel good. She insisted that I go to school. I had to walk-it was a mile. It was freezing cold, and the wind was blowing. There was a place at the school where you could get in-but you weren't supposed to. On that particular morning, there were several kids in there. I sat down in a corner, and didn't move. The school nurse came along and told everyone to get out. I didn't move, but told her I didn't feel good. She insisted that I come w/her to her office. She took my temp, then called my mom. So, I missed a day of school, and my mom had to get up and come and get me.

He felt nauseous again at bedtime. He's lying in bed listening to Christmas carols. We'll be home again tomorrow. I went to church and had several people tell me their kids have it or someone they know has it. :/

So far so good this morning. He asked for a cup of ginger tea which he is sipping now. We will make a light chicken soup later for his lunch and dinner. He can have a banana if he feels like he needs some breakfast.
We have to go in to his school to pick up his math book and report card. He has a test tomorrow and some work to make up of course.
I hate to admit how much I love being home in my house, with my animals, rather than being at work. I do love my job, but if I didn't have to work outside the house, I wouldn't. : /
