Did you pre-bake the crust? I have found when I make GF crusts they do better if I bake the crust about 10 minutes before adding the sauce and toppings. :)
Yes, the directions actually call for baking it for 15 minutes then adding toppings and baking for 20-30 more. The package made 2 crusts. One is in the freezer. The directions also suggested using tomato paste for the sauce to prevent soggy crust. So I used paste and added herbs, garlic, grated carrot and some chevre. It wasn't soggy at all.

I usually rub my crust with a bit of olive oil. That also keeps it from going soggy. :)

REALLY makes me hungry for pizza now. Maybe this week sometime....

Thank goodness for left overs!! Yes, there were left overs since I really shouldn't be eating any pizza.

Okay, dog is somewhat better but much more tired than I've every seen him. Ugh, the beginning of the end I'm afraid.
DH is out of town for the evening and I was going to have to be in two places at once. Rain earlier fixed that. The baseball field is too wet for Little League. SO I get to have my Cub Scouts play kickball with another den. :bun

Waiting for the vet to call, dog threw up all over the house today. Just undigested food. But I want our regular vet to see him and most likely do bloodwork. I hate to make a decision to euthanize him without a little more information. Totally stressed out here.
New Kindle is here. I've got it plugged into the computer but it isn't doing much of anything.

I'm sorry.... I hope things work out for the best. Hopefully the bloodwork will show something easily remedied :hugs

Still waiting which means nothing much will happen tonight. Kobi is resting and relatively comfortable. I going to cook up some chicken to feed him when we're sure he hasn't vomited for a while. We found a piece of plastic stuff from the bottom of a package of meat in one of the piles. I'm not entirely sure that isn't what made him vomit! Don't know where he found it. He's not getting up to eat but he sure got interested when I held out a piece of taco meat for him. I didn't let him eat more than a crumb but at least I know he's interested. I think the most likely scenario at this point would that we bring him in later this week for bloodwork which may show nothing or that there's something seriously wrong and we take it from there.
Thanks for the kind wishes. This is the worst part of pet ownership I think. Having to make decisions without all the info and not being able or willing to spend hundreds if not thousands on an almost 14 year old dog to find out. sigh.
