Yes, the directions actually call for baking it for 15 minutes then adding toppings and baking for 20-30 more. The package made 2 crusts. One is in the freezer. The directions also suggested using tomato paste for the sauce to prevent soggy crust. So I used paste and added herbs, garlic, grated carrot and some chevre. It wasn't soggy at all.Farmfresh said:Did you pre-bake the crust? I have found when I make GF crusts they do better if I bake the crust about 10 minutes before adding the sauce and toppings.
