How long have you been eating gluten free now Henrietta?

After I quit for two weeks I would throw up if I accidentally ate something with gluten.

I haven't actually started eating gluten free. I'm waiting to hear what the doc says before changing that. I've just been cutting the processed junk and eat more fresh foods. That's meant less bread.

Oh and the squash soup was awesome! I'm really impressed with the flavor and texture of the kabocha squash. I want to try growing them this summer.

Thanks. Sorry about the bread though. If she suggests I try gluten free after reviewing the bloodwork (there's so much else going on too...) I'm going to be saying I miss it too.
