The best was the day he arrived at the dump to see some guys unloading a bass drum. He stopped them as they were about to toss it in the dumpster and asked if he could have it since he's a drummer. He cleaned it up and sold it as is for over $300.- Thread starter

Off to Old Sturbridge Village for a while. They're allowing members to bring dogs one weekend each month right now. We used to go with our old dogs all the time when they let them in. We're bringing the Golden who will celebrate his first birthday in about 2 weeks. My how time flies.
I have to pack lunch since we're not all able to eat their food right now. We'll have a little picnic. With an 11 month Golden Retriever. Hmmmm, this could be interesting.

I used to love dumpster diving. Its so much fun to see what you can find. Makes my DG digusted and angry, so I don't get to do it anymore.

He does pretty well! I don't go with him so it doesn't bother me any.We had a great time at OSV. The puppy was so well behaved! There weren't too many other dogs there either. He ignored the chickens wandering around which was interesting since I still don't trust him loose with mine. He was able to be near the fenced sheep without any issues. The only problem was the horse poo in the road. Easy enough to avoid that. We walked a good long time and watched the maple sap boiling. It feels like spring out there today.
Tonight is the Winter BlueFest to benefit the summer street festivals. DH's band is playing. My brother and his girl friend are coming up. My right ear is totally stuffed from my cold. I'm hoping it doesn't drive me nuts while I'm there...
