Lori it is almost SPRING! Yaaaa!
I love the pictures you posted of your new place,..I am jealous! I wish my place was that flat and sprawling! I have nothing but a small yard and a hillside just fit for goats! It is sooo nice,..and I love your building plans too! Congrats! I will be watching for more pics!!!

did I say I MISSED my children??? What was I thinking? They are screaming at each other over the cookie cutters....play doh (the homemade kind) I hate the commercial play doh, blech. They always want what the other one has.

We had a wonderful time at Tyler's 5th birthday party, my mom outdid herself as usual...she's such a show off. She made him a beautiful quilt and pillow shams, with curtains for the new house. He couldn't wait so we put it on the bed last night. It is an ocean with pearls for bubbles, stuffed 3 dimensional tropical fish, coral, and seaweed. Here's a couple of pics!

Yes, there were some boys there too but there are a lot of girls in his sunday school class....

Your mom did a great job. I showed it to DH and he liked it too. He has a salt water tank, for over 30 years now. Its his hobby.

I have got to get my lazy but up off the couch and get moving but it is so cold....we're supposed to get snow again tonight

I made both of the kids get dressed yesterday and go out to play, I don't care if they both have the sniffles....fresh air is good for them right?

At least the sun was out yesterday.....today it is just cloudy and dreary.....I'm reading up on goat care basics and practiced some shapes and our alphabet with DD and had DS working on handwriting today.

Washing laundry....had to cause I gave the dogs a bath and had to scrub the front porch where they pooped on it this weekend.....aaaaaaahhhh nothing like the smell of poop in the morning.....

Wednesday

Well, got approval from VDOT for the driveway permit....got to go pay them tomorrow. Fun stuff.

Then we are at a standstill until we get the money from the bank.

Going to get out the paint and let the kids make some wrapping paper for my BF's daughter, her birthday is the 9th. We got online this morning and printed out some free greeting cards for the kids to color for her. This is a really cool site if you need a card, especially if your kids like to color. I am doing the happy dance today!!! I got our first duck egg this morning!!!!

It is supposed to be white....indian runners.....but it looks a little blueish, but very pretty! I'm so excited! Bout time they started earning their keep!
