Listen to your body! The mind has a way of guilting you into doing more than your body can take some times. At least, that has been my experience. There is some weird dynamic that goes on between exercise and guilt. :/ Perhaps it is because we get mentally addicted to the exercise (the endorphins) and our mind likes to trick us into thinking it is ALL good?
