Five miles, mostly cross country through all kinds of mess, with 2000 feet of elevation gain.

Put one foot in front of the other....and those were pulling my dragging caboose along behind...... :th Does that count as weight training? Cardio? :rolleyes:

Now what in the world are you doing up at 1:23 in the morning?! Man, my daughter had a field trip that lasted until 10:00 last night and I was so bitc#y about staying up so late!! :lol:

Some good friends and I went on our 9 mile mountian hike yesterday then came over here for some yummy nachos and home made margaritas!! :drool
