I'd like to see what she could do with my walk this morning with two women in their 50s comparing their menopause symptoms..... not much romance for me there! We did see a heron and a cormorant.

My exercise for the last four days has been clearing brush, hauling trees that had to be cut down, cleaning out the coop because I got rid of all the birds (more issues with the neighbors dog, big fight, and I GIVE UP!) It has been very physically busy around here!

If its any consolation, girls, my old body is really achin' today....especially my butt cheeks! OUCH!!!!

New workouts are always the hardest at first....especially when its been a while!

Sorry about your heat, BBH! That is why I go at 6:30 am....cool, lonely, beautiful....but I would still give a lot to have a couple of menopausal women to walk with!

Thanks Bee, the heat broke yesterday...finally! No sun today, ahhh back to normal!

Wise to get out and do it early in the a.m. Then you have the rest of your day ahead of you!

Monday was a 4 mile walk day.
Tuesday I tried another 8. Then went to a fun line dancing class taught by my friend's 82 year old mother! We had such a blast!!
Wed. I was not feeling it so I walked a slow 4 miles. I groaned and complained the whole way.

I am having trouble with my feet hurting, especially my arches and my heal bottoms. Probably need to invest in better shoes. The shoes I use now have a lot of miles on them.
