Hahahaa...I tell mine, who like to give a lot of background info on anything and everything.... yes yes, I got it, get to the point!

I also have a 16 yr old who can literally talk your ear off (I have had an ear re-attached at the ER about 60 million times now) ....she wonders why sometimes I just walk away while she's talking (usually I wave at her to follow me.....not always), but I feel held hostage....I don't usually have an hour to listen to her jabber on about so and so.

wow! what a weird weather day!!! we are having extra gusty winds so we had to make sure all the doors were propped open and none of the poultry flew off into the wind! wow!

and how fun is this...

Runner our turkey hen has chicken chicks hatching under her! so far there is one and a pip... she wouldnt let me see them tho. i tried to peak when there was a peep ...and she was looking at them in amazement under here..then she saw me, squawked, fluffed out her skirt and sat back down.

i guess there's no peeking

Yup, my drink last night was delish! If you have one, you will be all loosy-goosy, so the name freemotion will be very apt....

Yeah, OFG, no peaking! Mine are just over four weeks now, and my hen was trying to get them to follow her up to the four-foot wall and over it last night.....after dark! No one fed the tom, so I had to turn on the lights for a while so he'd come down and eat, and she decided it was time to take the chicks out for air! Good thing they didn't follow. I think I will take them out today for some supervised sun.

Dace, we love our fruit drinks! I just have to limit them, even without alchohol, or my butt starts to expland....

three beautiful little chicks so far!! two are black with yellow bottoms.. so i think they are the barred rock mutts.. the 3rd is yellow so maybe a light brahma ????

Actually- I handle my liquor pretty well. My German ancestors must have had industrial strength livers or something. I actually like whiskey better than vodka, so I may need to experiment.
