If OFG runs out of peaches, I have plenty more. I spent all afternoon peeling and cutting peaches. I have a big pot full to prove it. I might can them tonight, if I feel up to it. Otherwise it'll have to wait til tomorrow. After picking avery last peach off the ground and peeling and cutting it, I called it done. Then I went out to check on the goats and chickens and noticed a whole bunch more peaches on the ground. So I went around with a basket and picked them up and then picked more peaches off the trees.
I think I'll dehydrate some next. SO has been bugging me for some peach cobbler though. So I think I'll try and squeeze one of those in too. I have some whipping cream....

My computer bit the dust finally so I only get to post once in a while in the evenings.

I've been keeping up with everyone, just don't have time to post much anymore.

Business is on full force which is good, not like last summer when all we heard was a few crickets out there.

What I wouldn't give for a hot biscuit right about now though...full of butter and ofg's honey.

Did you say you were looking for recipes for your honey? LOL . . . I mean to use your honey in? I made these honey cupcakes with honey buttercream frosting and they were the bomb! I did not make the topping stuff though . . . I didn't think they needed it. I know you have nothing better to do all day than make cupcakes and all. If you do make them . . . the recipe makes about a dozen cupcakes, but I got enough frosting for about 18 cupcakes.
