Ohiofarmgirl'sAdventuresinTheGoodLand-where ya been? whatcha been doin

Oh no! Another Bloodaxe varmintkiller. AL you have to practice real hard to come op to OFG's standard. (Course she would be afraid of a rat!)

thats the way, AL! whoot!

in my defense, KC, rats are just big mice! ha!

oh what a lovely day! still perfect outside. and its gonna be in the low 40*'s tonite! yay!

i ripped up all the weeds i was supposed to get this this summer and am making way for cover crops and more greens. and i found a turkey nest! lets hope the eggs are good - we'll put them in the incubator and see. i could tell that some were brand new so here's hoping.

we also got the new hot wired paddock for Ginger. she keeps sipping off Debbie and if we are giving Vita back we cant have that. pretty much everyone stood out there and screamed for about 5 minutes then went about the business of goating about.

and now i'm gonna go and lay in my chair and watch the geese scream at each other.. ahh a peaceful evening....

Lordy, I run my yard sale today, getting up at 6 a.m., and coming back in with $147 (or was it 146??) bucks in my pocket at 2 p.m., and ya'll still having fun.

Oh, btw, it was 96 frickin degrees. My face was as red as a red beet, even with my trusty soggy wet towels around my neck. But the money and the reduction in "junk", er...."treasures".....priceless.

We are roasting here too. It is so weird having leaves change color while you are getting a sunburn :P

its 42* out there!!! AND I HAVE A SWEATSHIRT ON!!!! whooooot!!! on bring on the fall!

for the first time its "too cool" to race out there and let everyone out. we have a lot of little ones so i want to give them a chance to stay warm.

now were are my cinnamon rolls (thanks amish ladies) and my coffee......

OFG, HERE TOO! LOVIN this cooler weather. I am still sitting here in the house. 8:22 am....in long jammies, and my coffee. I dont want our babies to get out there yet either. Waiting on the sun to come around to the chicken yards. Bring on FALL!

I've noticed that happens during Spring and Fall these days. Gary rode his bicycle over to Mint Road and said your fire is almost out. :woot
Now hopefully a big wind won't kick up.

Happy cooler weather everyone. I'm lovin it!
