I need help making cheese. I have plenty of milk and the freezer's getting full. But the last time I made cheese it was so bad I'm scared to try it again.

PS - thanks for not making that storm dissapate over you. It's hitting us today.

Hey, come join my cheese class in May or June! I advertised on craigslist, and will list it again when I have a date. I need Mya's milk for this one.

really its so easy peasy! after i got over my fear of all the big words (mesophillic, rennet) its now just a recipe.

Out of curiousity, OFG, can I ask how much you paid for the 2 tamworths? Pigs here seem to go for way high. :/ BUT, I think next week I'm going to the livestock auction, and it'll be their pig week (the first week of the month). Ya think I can convince DH they just jumped in my arms and followed me home? I want some little piglets....
