I can't eat out at very many places so I always bring trail mix. It satisfies me like nothing else and I don't have to eat much to be satisfied.

Nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, or whatever you like)
Sunflower seeds
Pepitos (pumpkin seeds)
Dried fruits (pineapples, cranberries, raisins, blueberries)
