Super Self-Sufficient
ll def mention it...and id agree on this house, the original property was bought for 2 million with 200 acres attatched, he must have sold off some parcels of land, but overall its a 43 1/2 acre property with the house left and its being eaten by the woodland it was carved from pretty quickly.
but man it could be grand with ALOT of tlc, a couple of dumpsers (probably 3-4 lol) and some major brush-hogging! oh and a professional steam cleaing once all the trash and dirt and mousepoop is removed, (it would need to be professionally stem cleaned for health reasons, right now its dangerous to spend more than 15-20 mins in there without a mask due to the dust and poop.
oh well, mums fixing an early lunch, then were hading back towards savannah, going to stop at the co-op, need goat feed if nothign else (got a couple days of rabbit and duck fod left but enough goat food for tonight, and they get MEAN when there hungry and itll be monday before i can pick it up if i dont go today) and at walmart for a hose pipe to make life easier.
i now also have shelves in my laundryroom so its now officially also a pantry (moved some cans in there today) need to get some kind of mouse resistant container for the likes of beans/cerials ect (im thinking food grade buckets with mylar liners for the beans and oatmeal, flour ect...but got to get hold of them. no real rush though, but its nice to have that additional storage space available for things given the lack of cabinatry.
dad still wants to put in the vent in the bathroom, swap the ceiling fans around and move the cooker/fridge for me (says it should eb a super easy job given the way the power runs under the house ) hoping i can get my new floor put in soon too and the kitchen wil look fantastic , (even dad said it would lay out MUCH better by moving the cooker/fridge around.)
so those are jobs over the next week or so...today is houses and they want to go see the dance tonight...
tomorrow is the flea market in the morning...when we get home from there hell probably try and get at least one of thejobs done and then we might be heading into jackson for dinner as its the goldwing riders meet up and hed like to go say hey and meet the local chapter here.
sunday is horseback riding in the morning and probably another job in the afternoon...
and monday will probably be moving the apliances/rewiring day.
im ok on groceries untill they leave so no worries there as long as we can go pick feed up my "routein" isnt going to be too frantically thrown off.
