Creating a website can be fun and a headache at the same time. I have just a couple suggestions.

Do a spell check before posting the verbage. If you can't do this on the web, write the copy in a document program and run spell check on that.

Put some sort of @ or ID on the pictures, so they don't get used by somebody else on their website.

What you have is a good working start. Keep tweaking and have fun!

I only saw what I thought was one spelling mistake....you need Dacs to look at it for you! Is it eating or eatting?? Under your Buff Orps. I thought it was eating. I agree with watermarking the photos too! GIMP offers a free watermark program. I love how many pictures you have on the chick page. I would love to see more pictures on the other pages. Like a picture of your Royal Palms next to each other. It makes me feel more like they are a mating pair rather than just running loose with everything else. Some Buff chicks on the Buff page ect. Stuff like that would be nice. I am such a visual person.

We're still working on it...and I am pretty sure it is eating....I'll tell my friend. LOL Seriously, all I am doing for the site is sending her pics, telling her the breeds and the chickens names, and she's doing all the rest. I've sent her notes about each one's personality, etc.

Right now it won't even let me pull up my site. I'm getting an error message.

Sooooo since the day is soooooooo nice....I meandered outside and snapped 95 pics (that's an accurate count!) of the chickerdoodles, barnyard, goats...etc....

NOT posting them here YET.

I'm editing/cropping/fixing flaws and emailing certain pics to my friend who's doing my site first, and then in a couple days when she has them on my site, I'll post a few here, too.

I got some GORGEOUS pics of Lance (Royal Palm Tom) strutting! I think he'd make a nice Thanksgiving Day card LOL

I also caught Elizabeth (Cuckoo Maran) in a compromising position with Jett (Sumatra)! Caught them red-winged!! (can't say handed! they don't have hands!) Elizabeth escaped the pen where I am housing Monroe and beat a path to the duck shed where she met Jett in secret! I got a pretty good picture of the guilty parties!

I got pictures of pretty much everyone.

Oh and the site is working now!

Yes, I think she is. I figured she'd be in the duck shed when I locked everyone in for the night...Nope...she followed Jett back to the coop!!

Won't she be disappointed when Jett gets his own ladies this year!

Yea, Jett...very handsome...LOL he's woo'ed Elizabeth right off her perch!

I still need to get a recent pic of Quincy. He's not too cooperative. And Monroe. I'm just so embarrassed over his comb, and he is, too.
