I know who I am going to look up the next time I attempt to tan something. I have been wanting to try brain tanning.

Dh has been in pain nonstop the last few days/week. He has always had issues with pain. His joints, shoulder, and neck pop constantly and have since I met him when he was 19. Since he has started nights he is either at work or asleep. He works way too many hours and as soon as he gets home it seems like they are calling him to come back to work again. But the pain has gotten so bad that he can't sleep or even rest good. He is saying that tylenol isn't even starting to help. Of course he absolutely REFUSES to see a doctor, but he said maybe when I brought it up yesterday, that makes me know he is hurting pretty badly. He waited 3 days to go to the doctor when he broke his elbow a couple of years ago when a horse fell down with him and rolled over on top of him so I know he has to be really hurting now if he is even considering seeing a doctor.
As anyone else been through this or have an idea what could help? I personally think it could be from exhaustion.

His diet is pretty poor. He eats supper/his breakfast as he is headed out the door. Other than that I think he eats whatever he can get at a truckstop. :idunno

It's 70 degrees outside!!!!!! :celebrate :weee Here we were having highs in the 40's last week and now I am in short sleeves in the yard fixing fence and preparing a kidding spot!!! I have to keep reminding my self that winter is still here and NOT to start planting YET! The weather is calling for snow possibly next week.
Momma goat was definately very uncomfortable yesterday. The baby(s) were moving and kicking visibly when she laid down. Once she arched her back and looked disgusted at her side. Her ligaments are starting to loosen and her tailhead is definately risen some. She has also been discharging some over the last two weeks. She still has at least 2 weeks before she is due. MY FIRST NUBIE BABY!!!! Last night I dreamed that she had her kid and I was upset because it was too early, but it was the most beautiful healthy baby doeling ever. It was brown/black with white spots on it's side and a big white spot on it's forefhead. :fl I know momma goat will be glad when this is over. I had planned to take her to the vet and get her blood drawn and tested and to have her dewormed again, but I am afraid to move her now because it would be in the back of a truck and i am afraid that it would be to much stress on her this late in pregnancy. I'm thinking sweet baby bouncing goat(s), goat milk, goat cheese, goat yogurt........... I have been driving dh nuts talking about this baby that I have always wanted. My first purebred nubians!

Vitamin D is a possibility, but joint and muscle pain is a huge indicator of hormone related issues due to extreme stress as well.
Run over and check out my adrenal fatigue thread.
And its worth seeing an endocrinologist, over a regular MD.
You will likely get things figured out faster.

I hadn't thought of that. He is under a LOT of stress. The back, muscle and joint pain fits him perfectly. When he gets home in the morning I rub his feet, then his calves and then his back in that order before he can go to sleep. He wakes up and the first thing he does is give me a report on how bad he is hurting now and where. I looked up fibro, but I don't think that is it. Getting him to go see ANYONE is just about impossible.

Fibro is basically adrenal fatigue as well as chronic fatigue.
Just depends on who you see.
