I know who I am going to look up the next time I attempt to tan something. I have been wanting to try brain tanning.
Vitamin D is a possibility, but joint and muscle pain is a huge indicator of hormone related issues due to extreme stress as well.rebecca100 said:Dh has been in pain nonstop the last few days/week. He has always had issues with pain. His joints, shoulder, and neck pop constantly and have since I met him when he was 19. Since he has started nights he is either at work or asleep. He works way too many hours and as soon as he gets home it seems like they are calling him to come back to work again. But the pain has gotten so bad that he can't sleep or even rest good. He is saying that tylenol isn't even starting to help. Of course he absolutely REFUSES to see a doctor, but he said maybe when I brought it up yesterday, that makes me know he is hurting pretty badly. He waited 3 days to go to the doctor when he broke his elbow a couple of years ago when a horse fell down with him and rolled over on top of him so I know he has to be really hurting now if he is even considering seeing a doctor.
As anyone else been through this or have an idea what could help? I personally think it could be from exhaustion.
Fibro is basically adrenal fatigue as well as chronic fatigue.rebecca100 said:I hadn't thought of that. He is under a LOT of stress. The back, muscle and joint pain fits him perfectly. When he gets home in the morning I rub his feet, then his calves and then his back in that order before he can go to sleep. He wakes up and the first thing he does is give me a report on how bad he is hurting now and where. I looked up fibro, but I don't think that is it. Getting him to go see ANYONE is just about impossible.
