I hope things work out for you :fl I know a little how it feel to have to stay home because of illness. I am glad it could be a choice for me because I'm not sure I could hold down a job with how the fatigue comes and goes. :( I manage it pretty well until we have a busy season like now - and I'm trying to allocate my time so that it doesn't take me over the edge. It would be no fun being wiped out on Christmas.

I did approach my boss to lay me off at first, that was my goal, but she said it would be ileagal to lay me off when they need to fill the position. Personally, I don't think they need to and I think that certain other employees need to be more versatile and willing to do anything like me. But that probably won't happen.
But she did offer to "fire me for no fault of my own" which I believe will work too. I read a dozen websites last night about employment law and such and it seems like I will get unemployment.
So I'm going in tomorrow to confirm those plans. Hubby says he wishes I weren't going back at all, but I will actually probably enjoy my last month. I love love love dogs remember, and get to see many of them at work and take care of them. It will be bittersweet to care for them one last time first. I have some real favorites, a huge Anatolean Shepherd named after a god, a poodle and a pom who live together, a pair of pugs (I can't believe I'm listing a pug!) one of whom is probably dying, hopefully I can miss that, a standard poodle with dignity and an australian shepherd who prefers me over everyone in the clinic probably top my list. But working with dogs has been the only thing I have ever really liked there. Some of the people are really nice too, one in particular, but I really like dogs more than most people. I bet several of you would agree....even if you are not a dog person like me. Dogs ARE better than people. Except perhaps y'all.

But I will have no shortage of dogs at home....remember our phrase, we are "rich in dogs".

Maybe I should be Dizzy Dog farm. :gig

How about?
Rich in Dogs Farm
the Dun Egan Dog Ranch

A pic of the place could help.

I actually like Dizzy Dog Farms. It is unique and with the right picture for the logo (not cutesy!) it could work. My first poodle would get so exuberant he would run little circles and get dizzy, and I turned it into a command...he would spin when I said "dizzy dog!"

Yes, I would like to find something whimsical. I guess I want too much out of a name. Problem is, hubby likes Dunegan Mtn Farms still.
