Ok, I liked the clip. :D

But please tell me how is it that I have never seen that movie before?

Ok I figured it out. In 2004 I had two kids under the age of 5, I was fostering 8 and 10 year old troubled nephews, oh and I had a third surprise on the way. Opps!! I guess I was a bit distracted.

Now I think I need to find a copy to watch.

Thanks OFG.

Hi Gina. I'm sorry you're in a funk. I hope that the beautiful spring days will bring out of it, that is until the next smallish storm system arrives!

I've never seen that movie either. Hmmm ...my DD LOVED Vin Diesel at the time. He sure was a hunk. But 04 was a terrible year for my daughter and us, so perhaps that is why we missed it. Will need to look for it on TV or something.

Grrrr.. I woke up about about 3:45 am, 5 min before dh alarm went off. Having a very stressful dream about someone using the last of my coffee. As I came to and my head started to clear I realized I was in the middle of a huge migraine. So let me tell you it has to be one of two things.

Carb withdrawal, or sugar withdrawal. Which is a good sign but killing me. :he

In the morning I have gotten in the habit of not only making my dh lunch but I whip yp 3 or 4 eggs with whatever meat is available and make him a egg burrito for when he gets to the office. He cam home yesterday telling me about how all the guys envy his burrito. And one guy who he worked with at THE old company has had my eggs before. His exact words were "are those farm eggs??". My dh replied "more like front yard eggs". Nice!!!

Anyways, I knew a lady who used to make a bunch of huge burritos and send them to work with her dh. The guys would buy them for like 5 bucks each. I got to doing the math. I usually sell my eggs for 3.00 a dozen. But a 4 egg burrito for 5 bucks would definitely make me some money. Throw in a bit of sausage and cheese. I wonder if I could make them the night before. How well would the reheat? My dh says when he gets to work his is still warm, he drives about 1 1/2 hours to get there. Maybe I would prep everything the night before and then assemble in the early am. Sorry just rolling around the idea in my aching head.

TGIF, I can't wait to sleep in a bit this weekend. Not sure what we have planned. I need to finish painting the white picket fence. Maybe clean up the mess under the porch.

The chicken run area I built last weekend is a flop. I bought bird netting for the top. A 7ft x 100 ft roll for 12 bucks at Lowe's. I thought the perfect solution. They are still managing to fly out. So I think the whole thing will come down and I will use the netting to cover the garden boxes. What I probably should have done in the first place. I have a couple more weeks an then I will be combining coops again. I have those 12 buffs down the other hill. The are almost ready to start laying. Next month I think. So out with some of the old and retarded birds. Not sure how I am going to cull them yet. And in with the new. I would prefer them to be able to free range the whole orchard. That would give me close to 36 birds in one coop. They will need the elbow room.

Hey Gina...it is too early for me to think clearly, but.....if you made them the night before (or even first thing in the AM...prep everything the night before, and just cook it up and wrap in warm tortillas) you can wrap them in parchment then foil, the stack in a small cooler to maintain the temp.

How many woudl you be making? You may want to do a test run over the weekend and see how long the hold a safe temp....which is not under 140deg.

I was not really even concerned with the temp thing. I was thinking more about having to get up in the middle of the night to make burritos for a bunch of guys who's wives are still home sleeping. :barnie

I guess if the money was good I could manage!!

The parchment is a good idea, then they could un wrap the foil and microwave if necessary. Those I could probably make the night before.

I really don't have enough eggs to do these. I would probably have to buy them. Hummm!!!

Well I pay 3.99-4.99 for cage free eggs from the store (still don't believe the labeling, I mean how can a cage free hen be vegetarian?)

Divided by 3 burritos per dozen, 1.33 in egg, if you get tortillas & cheese & sausage at Costco, you are probably looking at another 1. ea....(totally guessing) so if you profit $2.67 ea...is that worth your time? You have to be realistic, I mean to make 5 of them and have this two hour prep/cook project on your hands not to mention the loss of sleep...is that worth $26 (for 10) per day? That is 133 per week, or $13.35 per hour....based on 10 burritos of course :/
