Today's list is basically what I didn't get done yesterday:

-- clean the heck out of the lower half of the drainage ditch system with the weedwhacker DONE

-- take MASSIVE shower to get resulting mud and ditch-water out of all pores of body, hair, nostrils, ears, etc etc DONE (bleh!)

-- skim turf off of area next to pine tree bed, transplant it to E side of house ABOUT 2/3 DONE

-- put coupla loads of compost where turf removed from, and plant rhododendron I was given as a gift (stepping down from board of directors of local early years center, I guess they're glad to get rid of me LOL)

-- mow path around back field with big wheeled weedwhacker DONE! Hah! Three thumbs up as always for DR brand wheeled weedwhacker. Not affiliated with company in any way, just MAJOR fan

-- hill up the potatoes in the other veg garden that I forgot about yesterday

-- pick up car when it's done from repair garage DONE

Monday:

-- Bt the apple trees and remove tent caterpillar web, which I keep forgetting about!! FINALLY DONE!

-- finish ("ish") transplanting turf from under pine tree to E side of house AS DONE AS IT'S GETTING FOR NOW

-- hill up remaining potatoes DONE

-- use rest of compost to plant rhododendron DONE

-- take 4 yr old to early years for a while DONE

-- find primer and a roller sleeve, and put primer+sand on boards for dog agility equpmt CHANGE OF PLANS - INSTEAD, CUT JOISTS TO LENGTH AND TACKED IN PLACE SO I HAD SOMETHING TO BRACE SHADE-CLOTH PANELS ONTO, FOR KITCHEN SLIDING DOORS, B/C IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE HOT NEXT FEW DAYS

-- edge some garden beds, any of them TOOK REMAINING WALL-O-WATERS OFF TOMATOES, BUT THAT'S NOT REALLY EDGING, IS IT

-- contemplate moving sheep electronet

-- contemplate putting shadecloth on front run of chickens

(e.t.a. - good grief, it's almost 2:00 and I've done virtually nothing. I spent several hours this morning playing a computer game, which oddly enough does not seem to have been on my to-do list. Oh well, I deserved a morning off :p and am heading outside in a few minutes)

1. Go to church, AM and PM. Done

2. Go to Gloucester County Water Fest. Done

3. Fold and iron some laundry. I'm running out of room to put it.

4. W/hubby's help, smooth out pool, and work on filling it.
I did the first 2 things, but due to circumstances beyond my control, didn't get the other 2 done. We had to pick up my MIL's car, hubby needs to do some work to it. I drove it home, and hubby went to his brother's. He just got home a bit ago.

I went straight to Water Fest. I got there later than I had wanted to, which meant I left later than I wanted to. I got to the farm, and found out that RU needed me to put out RBs. The guy wanted them all off his trailer, but I just didn't have time. I need to talk to her. I don't mind doing it, but if she needs me to do it, I need to know ahead of time so I can plan my day accordingly. I went to church straight from the farm in my barn boots, barn jeans, and a barn shirt. They teased me about it, but felt it was more important that I made it than how I was dressed. I was only 2 or 3 minutes late. :/

It didn't help that I took a three hour nap today. I can't mow until we get the belt to fix the mower, and I missed TSC by 6 minutes. They were already closed. I spent most of my day today integrating the chickens. Poor things. Had to go break up some pretty mean fights. I also got the two EE out in the mini run.

We installed windows all day...and a patio door. The house is getting there! We have refloored the entire top floor in the past week, and did my son'e room on the main floor last week. I am getting tired of renos :th

Tomorrow I get to finish the last floor, paint and re instal the trim, organize my sewing stuff FINALLY! Yeah! And then I get to work on organizing the closets and throw out a whole lot of stuff.

I love this idea... it'll probably help keep me a little more focused on what I'm supposed to be doing, instead of only playing with a baby all day :)

Here's my list for Monday, most of which needs to be done during baby nap times:

1) finish a portrait that needs done for Father's day
2) finish prepping corn and cukes bed and plant both of those
3) tear wall down between master bedroom and closet to make a bigger bedroom
4) weed all the gardens
5) mow part of the lawn
6) take a walk with the dogs and the baby for at least 3 miles
7) sew one pair of soft sole baby shoes for Aeryn

There is no "only". Playing with a baby all day is *fine* :)

You realize you're completely nuts, yes? LOL :) I was with you up to "tear down wall during baby's naptime"

Have fun, enjoy the baby, hope you got maybe one or two other things done too but if not there's always tomorrow :),

Tuesday (going to be hot)

-- drive to Newmarket, hit grocery store and get stuff for painting ceiling, altho I'm not likely to be able TO paint the ceiling til the weather changes DONE

-- BEFORE it gets too hot, find primer and a roller sleeve, and put primer+sand on boards for dog agility equpmt Roller too rusty to use -- primed backside of boards but rest will have to wait til tomorrow when I can get a new roller

-- edge some garden beds, any of them, maybe?

-- move sheep electronet decided to wait til heat breaks, since I think they're better off with slim grazing than with little shade

-- when stuck indoors b/c too hot outside, do something useful, like clean out spice region of kitchen cabinets

-- put shadecloth on front run of chickens DONE

-- get dinner organized for husband to feed kids while I'm at dog class DONE

3) tear wall down between master bedroom and closet to make a bigger bedroom - half done... there's a hole, now I need to know how to tell if it's a supporting wall... I lost my courage once the plaster and lathe was down, now I have a pile of plaster to clean up
4) weed all the gardens - half done, I don't like dreary rain
5) mow part of the lawn It rained all day, this didn't get done
6) take a walk with the dogs and the baby for at least 3 miles - half done... made it almost a mile out before the rain came back
7) sew one pair of soft sole baby shoes for Aeryn - done... cute black shoes with skulls on them, lined in pink

Aeryn is actually a fantastic sleeper... because we've been doing so many renos she's absolutely used to listening to work going on, and I think she just assumes it always sounds like that... I can run a table saw or hammer in another room while she's sleeping. She naps downstairs if I'm working upstairs.

So here's a list for Tuesday:
1 - plant that corn and cucumber bed
2 - one load of dishes
3 - aeryn's sign language class in the morning
4 - clean up around the house and find at least one garbage bag of things to give away
5 - bag up the plaster I tore down yesterday, burn the lathe
6 - bake a loaf of brown bread

Haven't had a chance to post to this for a couple of days. But, here's my list for tomorrow.

1. Put out trash.

2. Wash and hang out a load of clothes.

3. Work on the fence.

I don't know if I'll have a chance to work on cleaning my house or not. I have to pick up OH and another guy tomorrow. He has his mother's car, and needs to drop it back off to her, so I need to pick them up. I'm not attempting to do anything to the garden until Saturday.
