Hopefully your knee is nothing serious and short recovery time. I know I couldn't be down and out for long. Too much around here to do and only me to do it! :p

yea Dunkopf

I agree, the Dr. said MRI and yup I think I tore the meniscus just like you said.

wow hit both knees at the same time. I can barely get around on one bad knee let alone have 2 knocked out. OW

good thing this kind of thing can be fixed relatively easy. Down time to recover is key ---stinks but ya gotta do it lol

LOL I am also the only one who does most around here. Tony works so much and I get the house. Ugh can't win can we LOL

being down for long isn't an option for me either, but I guess I gotta do what I gotta do lol haven't stopped today. knee achy and Mom and Dad popped over and Mom said, sit, relax, put up that knee. I said I can't, who is going to do all this stuff lol I said when you were down and out you did the work, she said, yup--I said now it is me HAHA

I guess we all gotta be hit with bricks to be told to slow down and relax a bit :p

She's a draft and has a very large hoof. Got one knee worse than the other. I was able to hobble around. Thank you Percocet. Easy operation, very minor scar. Doc gave me crutches which I used the day I came home. I was just careful to keep weight off whichever leg had not been operated on. Even the MRI was easy. Only had to be in the machine up to my waist. Those things make me very claustrophobic. Had to do a sedated session for the last one.

oh man I am so glad you said that cause I hate a full MRI also!
just up to the waist I can handle very easy....when I had a full MRI for my neck surgery I "just made" it thru without moving--I 'almost' went nutso crazy at the end and jumped out of that thing LOL

thanks for telling me this should be easy. I like easy medical stuff HA HA

WA HOO Wednesday

seems like a nice day out there so should be sunny and warm up great

off to dentist at 8:10 appt to get my new permanent front cap.
he has to fix the bonding on the other front tooth, chipped a bit....oh well

then home to goof around and do usual chores etc. Have to label about 4 soap orders that need to hit the post office tomorrow and need to make soaps terribly to get inventory supplies up and loaded.

always so much to do.....so much to do.....well...we all gotta do a ton lol

haven't used the crutches....no way, not doable but the leg brace does help keep the knee good and straight. Still a pain tho lol

off I go to get the day started as usual

:)

Wouldn't your customers be upset if you made the soap terribly?

Do you have a bar stool? I have one that I bring into the kitchen when my back is really bad. It is far from ideal, but I can rest on it when working at the counter or stove for a few minutes here and there.
