OK day seems better this morning

not that same achy pain. Cute doctor might have fixed me.

being slow and careful but got alot to do today. Knee little swelled but I guess needles will do that to ya.

got get to post office, soap orders etc. so off I go-----


we have SUN today wee dry out the flood out there that is my backyard



decided to not get a pool this year. buying new liner for this old pool.
this pool is 48 inches high....Nicole can not stand in it without problems.
new pool would be 54 inches high and that means she would not be able to touch bottom. This year I want her to touch bottom and enjoy the pool easily vs. it being too deep. So new liner and might do 1-2-3 years more on this pool. It is only 15 years old and going strong but some rust spots. So going to get every dime out of this pool before I get a new one. Also less work. New liner. 3 hrs. to put in max. New pool--gotta deal with getting rid of old pool, dealing with installation crew, bobcat in yard to level new site for it etc etc I don't want to bother right now LOL


too many projects on plate...don't want another...

My husband has a massive bunion that causes him all sorts of pain. He went to the doctor a fews years back to see about surgery ... decided against it as the down time was up to a year! Yikes! He says he'd rather have the foot amputated... not on my watch!

I heard a few people who had the surgery. IF LUCKY you can get by with a normal recovery--on crutches--etc cause you can't walk on that thing til it heals. and if you get a bad recovery--yup it can be very LONG and who wants to NOT walk all that time easily lol

I don't have much pain. Little numb every now and then when the nerves get pinched I guess so that is one reason I am holding off. no hurt, no surgery haha when it gets truly bad I will do it ONCE and hope for the best

FC, I dont blame ya on waiting as long as possible on the surgery. Yikes! Talk about some down time. I need my foot cut on, and I have been putting it off for about a year...wont be able to put it off for long tho, it hurts!!

oh Just I hear ya on that one too.
put it off...but when that pain gets bad enough you just have to submit and do it---remember the quality of life improves

winter time....I will schedule all my "have to medical" problems in winter when I know I don't miss good outside days and have some down time to recover.

Nicole wants bangs. I tried to avoid bangs, I hate bangs, heck I got bangs and wish I never cut my hair LOL but she said all the girls have bangs and she wants bangs. so bangs it is! Going to get her shampooed, cut, blow dry, styled---the whole nine yards. Her first big salon trip...wa hoo she will have a blast and be cute after.

so off in a few to get her hair done



nice day, sunny, clear, chilly tho. need some hot breezes coming now.
everything damn near in bloom and I can feel the sinus/allergy just lurking to kill me oh well.....


knee better but not great just yet. last night I turned in bed and felt that wham sting and pull and though oh crap. yea it hurt this morning...hmmm.....so being careful but with no fluid on the knee I can bend and walk pretty good...so Dr. did help. Just being very careful now and hope this will go away soon and be back to normal knee...lol



mind heading to getting camper squared away. wanna get in and vacuum, get clothes, towels, all that mess set up. be sure I got all I need for a fast trip. I want to go somewhere NOW lol so gonna get in there and get it trip ready so I can find a nice long weekend trip soon.


little outside work today. gotta get my new front trees finished up. they both are alive so that makes me happy....gotta get some mulch around them and all that jazz.


so off to get some chores done everyone enjoy the day!
