Chicken soup tonight. I have some frozen chicken broth (bone broth) and chicken breasts, onions and garlic. Probably throw in some sliced celery, carrots and what ever I can find in the freezer.

mone would be

pizza dough
spread hot wing sauce on top
then the meat from hot wings from the night before
drizzle hot wing sauce over top of the chicken one way
then the opposite way drizzle ranch dressing
then top all that with mozz cheese

we had Bar B Qued country spare ribs done in the slow cooker(love that thing) baked beans and mac/cheese and of course dinner rolls, DH doesn't think it's dinner with out some kind of hot bread.Thank goodness for the bread machine.Iam so in love with my kitchen appliances lol. What was really great is that all I had to do was put the meat in the cooker and DS did the rest. Got to love that kid.:love

I cut up some root veggies (red potato, yukon gold, sweet potato, carrot, turnip, rutabaga, parsnip, onion) and tossed it in some garlic oil, salt, pepper and dried oregano and basil, then roasted it at 475 in a cast iron skillet until it was caramelized. Served it with deep pit beef from a jar.

I don't use leftover hot wings for hot wing pizza.....I use any leftover chikcne that I have. Once in a while I will grill up a couple of chicken breasts, slice them thin and then pop most of it into the freezer, so that when we want some for pizza, we just pull out the bag and grab some.
