Leftover turkey stew and a grilled-cheese sandwich with cheddar on sprouted grain bread. Tomorrow I will have to gorge on veggies to make up for this low-veggie day. Built a new goat stall in preparation for lots of kids in the spring and of course, ran into challenges due to inexperience and was out there late! Still have to go milk and it is after 8 PM. I usually try to milk by 9 PM. I feel a popcorn night coming on, and a lime vodka collins!

Lime vodka collins? Sounds yummy!

Tonight it is seafood gumbo, extra spicy b/c my daughter is at a friends. I was a good girl all day today so I get to have a slice of my homemade sourdough...slathered in butta baby!!

Yum! I ended up having fresh chocolate milk after I milked Mya, and gave the doggies some kefir. I bet the kefir is helping build Biscuit's immune system, too. I gave him about half a cup tonight.

The lime vodka collins will have to wait for another day. It is the juice of one lime, four droppers of liquid stevia extract, a shot of vodka, and fill the glass with ice water...at least a twelve ounce glass for me, sometimes 16 oz. Serve with a bowl of popcorn with sea salt and lots of butta, baby!

Simple tonight. Chicken breasts with homemade mushroom gravy (stock, crumbled dried mushrooms, salt & pepper), broccoli & cauliflower, steamed with butter and *GASP* rice :hide

Hey! At least it's brown rice!

Speaking of sweet potatoes, on the advice of all you sweet tater eaters out there, I bought 3 small ones. What now? Bake em?

Noobie, our favorite ways to eat sweet taters is baked with just butter and sour cream or yogurt or sliced like fries, tossed with EVOO and seasoned with Cajun spices .
