Ok, so what is your hot wing sauce? I've had pizza like that years ago, but never made it myself. Usually no chicken left over. We had regular pizza last night.I find that the artisan 5 minute bread dough is only good for pizza dough.

Tonight we are having tacos.

Question. I was going to cook rabbit for dinner on Saturday, but my dd's friend is staying over for the weekend. DD asked if we could have rabbit some other night instead--like she's embarrased of the rabbit dinner. She likes it, just doesn't want to have it when her freind is over --waddya think? Serve it anyway?

Oh yeah! Might be the only time this child has rabbit. Plus, don't tell her. :D

Sorry, MTN, but we're having sprouts tonight! Lots of family coming for opening hunting, so I'm thinking a quick sprout stir-fry with scrambled eggs and maybe toast. I'm thawing a boat load of blackberry pulp to make jam and syrup, so maybe some fresh jam with the toast.

Well, I haven't been tothe grocery store in a while so a trip is planned for next week some time. If the sprouts look good, I will buy a few and try them. Enjoy your sprouts!

Miss....I love Franks Hot Sauce...it is the only one we use :)

Edited to add....Carls Jr had a buffalo chicken salad for a while, it was soooo good.I may have to replicate it.

Chunks of grilled chicken (actually I the CJ's was fried), on a bed of greens with plenty of chopped celery, shredded carrots, red onions and plenty of Franks mixed into the ranch dressing.

Serve the rabbit cut up and she will think it is chicken.....My mom did that when we were kids and had guests. They looked at it oddly but were too polite to say anything. I doubt a child will notice the difference!

Well, this is a whole rabbit and it's going in the crock pot. What I usually do when I do a whole rabbit is take it off the bone once cooked, since the rib cage has so many small bones in it. She would never know its rabbit unless someone told her. My dear daughter will just have to get over it, poor thing :D

Homemade hot sauce (Scaled down to MY use, Dad makes 6 gallon jars at a time)
Dad usually lets this mellow for at least a month before bottling to use. It only gets better with age. I once grabbed the "pepper" spoon for cereal. You wouldn't think the heat would stay on a metal spoon after it's been washed, but if said spoon has been used to stir & blend pepper sauce for years, well, you'd be mistaken. :somad
3 cups coarsely chopped peppers (your choice, milder=remove the seeds; hotter=leave all the seeds & maybe add a habenero or 2)
vinegar - enough to barely cover the chopped peppers (Again, your choice, white, ACV, never had it with balsamic. My favorite is a 50/50 blend of white & ACV)
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
You can add flavorings here if you like, chili powder, paprika, garlic, onion., although my dad would say you're polluting it.
Blend in food processor until smooth.

Hot wings sauce
1 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup butter

I can't help you with the blue cheese though, ick.
