Almost Self-Reliant
Somehow I just knew it was a trick question But I'd still argue for trying to save them all. I'd hate to make a choice like that as to who is more deserving of treatment since I figure what someone's done has little to do with who they really are.
Who knows, maybe the cop is a killer or terrorist hiding behind the badge, the drug addict is really in his own kind of prison of pain, the prisoner maybe wrongly accused, the obese woman (50lbs or 500lbs) could have been a patient of the doctor that gave her meds/treatment to make her fat as some kind of Dr Frankenstien experiment. That leaves the 5 yo girl, who I would save and take home as the daughter I never had.
Seriously though with this type of injury, there will be a long recoup time and alot of "nursing" back to health so really none would be much help or even conscience for atleast a week or more. So I'd probably go with the 5yo and prisoner, since both are otherwise healthy and I'm basing it on ability to recover the fastest with the least amount of problems. Unless of course the prisoner has AIDS from Bubba in the next cell or is a rapist or psycho woman hater-then he dies. The drug addict, DR and obese woman have existing health issues that hinder recovery and a 40 yo policeman is probably not in the greatest health either and/or has atleast seen better days that would also jepordize recovery.
Unless of course FC conveniently "forgot" some other very important information.......
