Good, because I had it again today. I'm printing your responses for DH who gave me a hard time as he downed his second bowl of boxed breakfast cereal.... :smack

That sounds yummy - yes, it's ok for breakfast, second breakfast, lunch, tea, pre dinner, dinner, and before bedtime snacks - if it lasts that long. :gig

Where's that smiley with the stomach bursting?

That is the problem with skinny people....they can be fairly uninterested in nutrition, thinking because they are skinny, they are doing great on the typical American diet.......I was one of them. It all falls apart sooner or later. You know I'm still not heavy, but I suffer! Keep working on him! :D

Pumpkin Custard is WAY healthier than any boxed breakfast cereal.....A buried study done by one of the food giants showed how toxic they are, when they did a rat study and the rats who got the cereal became violent and had convulsions before they died. Their deaths overlapped by one day the group that got the box to eat...they starved to death, and slowed down and quietly died. Whoever designed that study was a sick b*&^%$#@!!! The rats on a standard lab rat chow diet lived a normal lab rat life.

Frightening. It has to do with altered proteins in the grains from the high-pressure extrusion process, becoming neurotoxic. So organic extruded cereals, crackers, etc are even more toxic because organic grains are higher in protein. :ep
