so ive bombarded yall with picturs but o real updates so here goes.

today little green male parrotlet whent home, and then there were 3...need to take some more pics of yellow boy for his person, and green and white girls are supposed to be going home together, just waiting on a pick up date.

my septic syste has decided to back up again, so there goes that, GOT to get the cracked pipe replaced hopefully thatll solve the issue...
depending on the price (or if whoever i find to quote thinks i need an entire new leeching field) i MAY end up ripping out the toilet and replacing it with a composting toilet...itll be a case of "which is cheaper?"

lillies delivery whent swimmingly, and this morning i took my pail out and milked her a little, only 12 a pint o colostrum but i dont have a milk stand and shes NEVERhad a bucket anywhre neer her and i stopped when she started getting antsy as im also slow and unskilled too lol.
but DREAM, i expected serious rama but she just chowed down her breakfast and let me go at it for a good ew mins, it wasnt untill she finnished ood that she semed to eve notice i was there.
i think with some practice on both our parts things are going to go ok :D
babies are doing great, probably going to be taking them to E's on wednesday to disbud, NOT looking foward to that part. but...its gotta be done.

in parental news, they found a house in NJ, offer has been accepted pending inspection, the house is stuning but only 1.82 acres so I will NOT be moving to NJ lol.
its not restricted, the current owner has chickens and 2 nigerian dwarf gotat wethers, the property is mostly front lawn with a little bit of woods in the back.
ads already said once this proterty is closed and thigns are good there hell be comming to tn and buying 20+ acres ready to start building his retirement home on
but least with almost 2 cres its big enough for his chickens, he could techincally have a couple goats (mums already talking about taking this little nubian boy as a wether and then finding a doe who they could breed to a local buck (theyd be close enough to farm country that they could eaisly ind a usable buck...) or they want my help inding a couple of igerian dwarf goats down the line...
theres enoug room for him to put in his above ground pool (cant put in an inground due to certain grud water rstrictions or something) and e could have a little hot tub of his back deck.
and PLENTY of space over the giant useless front lawn (the leeching feild for the septic) to put in berry bushes around the perimiter of the feild and Raised beds over the top (to avoid root isues with the leeching field)

theyll be about the same travel disance from me for nowbut dads goal is to stay there 5-7 years and thenove down here...by the timehe comes down here he wants his propety move in reay, house, barns, coops ect built, fencing in place and me alreay onthere.
i figure illprobably be moving in that case in about years...which was my goal, ill have been here 5 year at that point, should have this property cleared up, lookking nice and more usableand hopefully improve the value enough to actually make something when i sell...and since the land condition was bringing the value down, im hoping by the ill have imporve the land enough to ovle that issue. it also gives me time to realy sprice everyting else up.
im not yet sure if ill sell or try to rent the place out...we'll have to see.

once he buys his land here the game plan woudl be figure out the home sites for my house, his house and probably a couple of small guest cottages and a location for barns and an orchard...since the ruit trees will take the longest to get going the orchard will likely be the irst thing going in. lol
hes got big plans that invole a small camping retreat, traisls fo atvs/dirtbiks and horse rides (obviously not all on the same day lol) wants to put in a small shooting range too... turning the place into a potential mini resort for bikers and hikers and such coming through.

otherwise nothing much going on...

got 3 bunies to find hoes for, the current youngest litter is all sold, got 3 ore p-lets to send home, 3 more crestie pups to find homes for, and i realy nee to start working on the perimeter fence to give the goats alot more room and start letting the piggies range too.
got 2 ore veggie beds to fill with dirt (and veggie plants, not much going on in the greenhouse so i may end up buying again this year...)

had to bea triage nurse yesterday evening, not sure what he stood on but dozer gashed his foot, its looking better today but lordy that thing bled lol.
and im hiping to get out to first mondays next weekend too.
